that these terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions product sales to be made through this
website ( hereafter " Terratachyon " ) . Please read carefully all of these terms and conditions of sale

Terratachyon may, at any time and without notice , amend these terms and conditions, and introduce new ones. The terms of each transaction shall be those in effect at the time of executing the same .
How to order :
To place an order for a product, you must be of age and register through the registration form, to be filled with the data requested.
Once registered, you can start your session by entering the e- mail address and password you provided in the registration form from the home page of this website.
To view the details of a particular product from our catalog , select the product category you want to view from the menu that appears at the top of the home page and enter the product line you want. Once inside the selected menu , click product image chosen.
On the product page of your choice , you can choose the amount of products you wish to purchase .
To add the product to your shopping cart , click on the " add to cart" . At the top right you will find a dropdown " cart" where you can always see the summary of the additions . After selecting all desired productos click " take a look at " to continue the process.
Summary of your cart:
In this section , you can increase or decrease the amount of products you wish to buy , or remove
them from the shopping cart.
After making the changes it deems appropriate in your shopping cart, click "Refresh " to accept
the changes .
You can also calculate the cost of shipping your order depending on the delivery location and
carrier available . .
At the end of the page has different buttons available . If you wish to continue shopping, click
" Continue shopping " . If you have completed your order , click "Next " to continue the process.
Delivery address :
In this section , you can change the billing address that was provided at the time of registration and must specify the delivery address of the order. If this is your first order, you must create one or more delivery addresses .
When finished, click "Next" . To return to the previous section , press "Back" .
Shipping way:
The packages are sent on Wednesdays.
Transport costs will be expressed on the page and this will vary depending on the carrier, weight
and delivery location.
In order to continue with the checkout process must read and accept our general conditions of sale , once read , to accept tick box .
Once you have accepted the shipping mode , press " Next" . To return to the previous section ,
press "Back" .
Method of payment :
In this section , you can choose between two methods of payment, bank transfer or Paypal.
Order Confirmation :
In this section you will be shown a summary of your order with the total price to be paid for it. Check , please , that all data are correct before definitively confirm your order . To change any of the data entered , return to the previous sections. If all data is correct and you want to confirm your order ,

After confirming your order , we will send an e - mail with your order number , description and quantity of the products ordered , the delivery and billing addresses , and the total price .

Our catalog features products from manufacturers that have agreed to Terratachyon distribution through this website . The available information on the characteristics of the product is the respective manufacturers to provide Amaneser . Therefore Terratachyon not responsible for that information.
We advise our users that images of products displayed on the website may differ , due to technical
limitations , with reality and the colors , sizes and shapes presented should be considered tentative.
Terratachyon reserves the right to adjust prices, offers , products , and specifications of the products available through this website at any time prior to acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
Promotional offers are valid on the dates indicated in this website, which will specify its duration and the rules applicable to them .
Prices:
All prices and charges on this website are in Euros . The product prices include value added tax ( VAT),
where applicable, be applied, but exclude shipping costs . Shipping charges are shown on the screen as
"Transport " , as in "Summary of the basket " .
In the event that prices have been lowered as part of a promotion, these prices are valid only for the
duration of the promotion and will only be applicable to orders accepted within that period .
Payment:
When confirm the order, if you choose to transfer payment , your order will be pending and will be
processed as soon as payment confirmation has Terratachyon by the bank .
For Paypal payments Terratachyon
will process your order when your card issuer or paypal accoutn authorizes payment.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment for any reason, Terratachyon not accept your order
and therefore will not be responsible for late delivery or non- delivery of the product . Amaneser not
obliged to inform you of the reason for rejection .
Terratachyon , in order to ensure safety of their clients , reserves the right to request , if considered
necessary and prior to delivery of the order , a copy of the identity document of the purchaser for all bank
card payment .
Delivery:
The products purchased through this website will be delivered to the address specified in the order .
Terratachyon not be liable for errors in the delivery address .
While Terratachyon makes its best efforts to meet deadlines , we assume no responsibility for deliveries
outside of term due to external circumstances beyond our control.
Once you have received the products, you will be responsible for any damage or loss of data .
Cancellation and return of products :
Any order can be canceled as long as there is the shipment of mismo.Usted has a period of seven
working days from receipt of the order to the contract and return the product , provided it has not been
opened or used and retains its original packaging seal or intact. Prior to the shipment , you must
contact our office to finalize the process within the deadline, to exercise the right of withdrawal. The
returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note , running you with the return postage .
Within 15 working days after receiving the return , Terratachyon will refund the amount of purchase only
through bank transfer to the account specified by the customer , except the shipping and return costs .
Terratachyon not accept any returns on delivery that has not been expressly autorizada.Si the return was
due to a faulty product or an item that does not correspond to the request in the order, Terratachyon will
pay the return shipping charges and proceed replacement of the product .
Should cancel orders or return products , please specify the reason for the return .
Customer Obligations :
You agree at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the registration forms
and placing the order and keep them updated at all times.
Also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of your personal passwords as a registered user of
this website. You are responsible for any damages arising from a breach of this obligation .
You must enable the delivery of the order providing a delivery address where the order can be delivered
within the usual time of delivery of goods. In the event of your breach of this obligation, Amaneser not
responsible for delays or failures in delivery of the order.

Law and Jurisdiction :
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law and
Spanish language , unless expressly prohibited by law , for the resolution of all contentious issues arising
from these terms and conditions , or relating to the breach , interpretation , termination or validity of any
provision of these terms and conditions, the parties, by agreement , submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts
and Tribunals of the city of Malaga , expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that could if applicable.
